June 28 - Sports Physicals at Perkins County Family Clinic for 8th-12th grades in Ogallala from 5-7 PM. It will be $35.00, cash, check, debit/credit card. Nothing will be run through insurance. They will not be doing 7th grade physicals as those are more intensive for school.
Banner Health will be offering Sports Physicals on the following dates for $25 Self-Pay, insurance will not be billed. This is ONLY for Sports Physicals. Any Immunizations that are done these days will be billed to insurance. More information is available in the office. Call Banner Health to schedule an appointment.
Fridays, June 10th, July 8th, and July 22nd.
