Progress Report: East N Property!
Keith County Housing Development Corporation's (KCHDC) East N property is coming along nicely, supported with funds from the Rural Workforce Housing Fund (RWHF).
KCHDC was able to utilize the RWHF 0% Interest Construction Loan in order to make this project possible! Still more to come as the garage and deck are completed!
