Notice is given hereby that the Owner, Custer Economic Development Corp. (CEDC), and Developer, Central Nebraska Economic Development District (CNEDD), Invite Building contractors to bid on the following project:
SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
Proposed at 808 E. Pacific, Callaway, Nebraska. Bids will be received on one, single prime, fixed-price contract to include civil site work, general, mechanical and electrical work for the Project, all as described in the Proposed Contract documents prepared by the Custer Economic Development Corp. of Broken Bow, Nebraska Bids will be received from bidders at the CEDC Office until:
12:00 noon Local Time, on Wednesday, August 17, 2022
The bids will be publicly opened by the owner and Developer, read aloud at that time and place. Interested parties are invited to attend. All bids shall be made on the printed Bid Form furnished by the owner and delivered to the bid opening in a sealed envelope.
The bidding documents may be examined at the CEDC Office, 805 S. F Street, Broken Bow, Nebraska 68822, during regular business hours (July 2629, and August 1-August 16, 2023); OR, CNEDD Office, 317 S. 10 Avenue, Suite 2, Broken Bow, Nebraska, during regular business hours (July 19-26, 2022). Or, copies may be checked out from the CEDC Office by providing a deposit.
