The BBPS Activities Department is excited to kick off this school year! As we get closer to the start of practice that means it's time to get those physicals done and paperwork
turned in!
All paperwork including physicals can be brought to the MS/HS Office.
The following items are what each athlete needs prior to practicing. All paperwork needs to be turned in prior to the first practice on August 8th! PHYSICAL | NSAA PARENT CONSENT FORM (CAN BE FOUND IN THE MS/HS OFFICE) ACTIVITY HANDBOOK SIGNATURE PAGES (THIS HANDBOOK WILL BE SENT OUT AS SOON AS WE HAVE OUR UPDATED VERSION) NEW SWAY CONCUSSION TEST Mr. Ellis and Mrs. Olson have moved to the MS/HS Office!
