The past few weeks we have had an influx of comments and messages ranging from crime reports to complaints on staff that are meant for another "Boyd County Sheriff's Office" page. So we would like to take the time to note the name change of our facebook page from "Boyd County Sheriff's Office" to "Boyd County NEBRASKA Sheriff's Office"
Boyd County is a small, rural county in North Central NEBRASKA near the South Dakota border consisting of the Sheriff, Chuck C. Wrede and Chief Deputy, Cheyenne Doyle. We are solely responsible for all Law Enforcement matters ONLY for Boyd County NEBRASKA. We cannot take complaints on staff or crime reports originating from Boyd County, Kentucky or areas near Boyd County, Kentucky.
If you have concerns, comments, or complaints and you are unsure if we are the people you need to speak with please private message us and we can help point you in the right direction.
