Whitewater Beef has b33f available for preorder. Harvest dates are August 30, September 20, September 27 and October 3. 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and whole available. Grass fed and grain finished 150 days. These will be very high quality! Processing is done to your exact specifications, dry aged 14-21 days and vacuum sealed. All protein is home raised and finished in the Sandhills.
