I tell you what, our little community is pretty awesome. Our neighbor to the south of us was baling hay yesterday when one of their tractors started on fire. We have cattle directly across the fence in 2 directions from the fire location so when the call came through my heart jumped a bit for sure.
Praise God for the fire department’s quick response and ability to get the fire out before it got out of control. With the extreme fire danger and wind it could have been so much worse. Thank you also to our neighbors that came with their personal fire trucks to help.
We had an order to be shipped last night and thankfully we made it to town just in time to get it on the plane for a delivery today.
It’s always something around here, but there is a reason why they call it The Good Life.
