Shannon Dabney has been named the Valley County Health System (VCHS) Employee of the Quarter. Dabney was nominated by coworkers for demonstrating the VCHS values of integrity, compassion, ownership, respect and trust. VCHS CEO Nancy Glaubke presented the award to Dabney during a reception with her coworkers on November 2nd.
Dabney has been a VCHS employee since 2021 and works as the Specialty Clinic Scheduler. With this recognition, Dabney will also be considered for the VCHS Employee of the Year award for fiscal year 2021-2022.
